Responsible social media

April 2025

At Noor Education and Community Center, we believe that education goes beyond the classroom—it shapes responsible, thoughtful individuals who can make a positive impact on their communities. This week, our students took a creative approach to an important topic: How to Use Social Media Responsibly.

With the rise of digital platforms, young people are more connected than ever. But with great connectivity comes great responsibility. To explore this, our students brainstormed in teams and designed posters that highlight key principles of responsible social media use, including:

Digital Citizenship – Being respectful and kind online.

Privacy Awareness – Protecting personal information.

Online Ethics – Thinking before sharing or posting.

Fact-Checking – Identifying misinformation.

Healthy Balance – Using social media mindfully.

Each poster is a reflection of their understanding, creativity, and commitment to using social media in a way that uplifts and informs rather than harms. From colorful designs to powerful messages, their work truly captures the essence of being responsible digital citizens.

We are so proud of their efforts and their eagerness to learn, create, and inspire!

Check out their posters below and let us know which message resonates with you the most!
